(Sorry this picture is not that good….we didn’t have time for a good photo shoot! Our bellies were calling….)
This has been a staple for us for a few years now. We always look for specials on fresh shrimp at our local grocer – sometimes we are blown away by the deals. (We get lobster tails too!) I have tried this with frozen shrimp and have had outstanding results. I like to keep a bag of frozen shrimp in the freezer for those nights when we want something delicious and quick.
What you will need:
Fresh Pasta – 1 pkg – 9oz.
1 Pound Jumbo Shrimp
1/4 cup butter
Olive Oil – drizzles
Crushed Garlic – 8 cloves
Dried or Fresh Parsley – 2 pinches
Italian Seasoning – small palm-full
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Optional: red pepper flakes
Heat the butter on med.
Cook the shrimp until it turns pink and begins to coil.
